Abstract

The relevance of the topic due to the attention that is being drawn by the government for the implementation of the fundamental constitutional rights of Russian citizens, the health-related. The implementation of these rights requires not only financial, logistical, staffing, and scientific justification. Purpose of the article — to analyze how to protect the constitutional right of citizens to health care and health care in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the state protection of rights and freedoms in the sphere of health protection, judicial protection. The task — to consider the factors of human rights violations, the application of safeguards in their recovery activities to prevent violations of rights applying to the protection of human rights in health care jurisdictional forms and methods of protection. The author concludes that the legal system of the state is obliged to ensure compliance with rules governing the implementation of the rights to health and health care.
