Abstract |
The article base don analysis of the historical
conditions of the struggle against illegal alcohol
production, since the 90s of the twentieth century
in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of
the particular methods of investigation of criminal
offenses in the sphere of the falsification of
alcohol production and therefore illegal circulation
of these products, which involves a number of
negative symptoms are observed, to ignore that there
is no moral right neither by society nor by the
State. In this context are being analyzed disputes
the notion of individual techniques, in particular,
the structural elements of crime detection
techniques of falsification of material objects in
general, own arguments justified. |
