Abstract |
The article deals with the adoption of the Russian
Federation administrative responsibility for
violation of legislation on the organization of
state and municipal services, critically assessed
legislation providing for its establishment, traced
the improvement of administrative and legal
regulation of the institution. Purpose — to give a
legal assessment of the characteristics of the
establishment of administrative responsibility for
violation of legislation on the organization of
state and municipal services at federal and regional
level in terms of legislative technique and the
legal safeguards for the administrative procedures
of their provision, therefore, the rights of
citizens and organizations to obtain high-quality
public or municipal services. The analysis phase of
the legislative practice of establishing
administrative liability for violations of the law
on the organization of state and municipal services
allowed the autho to establish the
imperfection of legal regulation of the issues under
examination, which, presumably, will cause
difficulties of practical application of the rules
on administrative responsibility and, as a result,
the vulnerability of the administrative procedures
of state and local government Service violations. |
