Abstract

Problems of the implementation of law as a special form of its realization are fundamental for any legal system. Namely law enforcement has the key role in the achievement and strengthening of legitimacy and legal order, as well as the improvement of legal practice. The author considers the topical issues of the implementation of regulatory resolutions of judicial bodies. For instance, the timeliness of the acceptance of regulatory resolutions; ambiguous position of the Supreme Court claimed in regulatory resolutions on the same questions and issues. In some regulatory resolutions not all of the existent problems are reflected. The article considers the concept of ‘law enforcement’, as well as the opinions and statements of scientists in legal sphere.
