Abstract |
The article analyzes the causes of
legislative conflicts, gaps, technical and legal flaws of the legal texts and a
variety of defects in legal thinking, carried their classification. The problems
of law in general and the problem of perfection. Unlike revealed defects right from
legal mistakes and errors. The nature of the defects of law: social,
political and legal sphere of our society and the problem of their elimination. The
author argues that there is a profound dialectical relationship between defects and
defects of legal thinking right. Typology carried defects law. |
