Abstract |
More than fifteen years have passed
since the Family Code of the Russian Federation came into effect with its
main feature of freedom in a legal regulation of family relations,
shift in emphasis from an imperative method to a dispositive one, implementation of
legal mechanism of an individual control. After fifteen years it seems to be
necessary to analyze the existing methods of a legal regulation of family
relations, draw up the results and formulate
possible ways of development. The article is
devoted to the defined issues. |
