Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the representation of the interests of employers in labour relations according to the legislation of the republic of Kazakhstan. The institution of social partnership is not significantly implemented either in the labour legislation or in the practice of its implementation. One of the main reasons of the aforementioned fact is the legal nihilism of the directors of enterprises. The article dwells on the number of proposals aimed at improvement of the procedures of social partnership. The author shares the particular opinion that trade unions as social institutions should bear legal responsibility in front of the members of the unions not only within the framework of the charter but also in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
