Abstract

The article considers main issues, connected with the formation of youth parliamentary structures on different levels of the Russian Federation; the differences in a procedure of forming youth parliamentary structures in the regions of the Russian Federation; impact of different ways of youth parliament formation on the young generation from the point of view of youth electoral activity; holding the direct elections to youth parliamentary structures as the new stage of youth parliamentarism development; influence of the way of forming youth parliaments on the level of their influence on young people. Varieties of youth parliamentary structures depending on the body, under which an advisory-consultative body is being established: under legislative executive government authority, independently as a social organization.
