Abstract |
The article deals with the conflict
of interest of medical professionals and patients. Focuses on the legal
obligation of the legal nature of the obligations that arise as a result of damage to
life and health. The paper also analyzes the content of the right to health care. This article investigates the
problem of civil liability of medical institutions and their employees for injury to
life or health of the patient. Analyzes such thing as a «medical mistake. The
conditions and procedure for compensation for damage caused to life and health,
in accordance with civil law. The article presents a theoretical analysis of
the legal malpractice. |
