Abstract |
In article the author’s concept of
organizational relations in a direct connection with their bases — organizational
transactions is stated. The article reveals the concept and content of
the organizational relationship to provide living accommodation on the basis of
social tenancy agreement. Analysis of the current practice of providing
residential of social use fund has allowed the author to identify the stages of the
organizational relationship. The article studies legal facts, included in the legal
composition giving rise to the emergence of the organizational relationship
to provide residential facilities, allocated by scientists, justified the author’s
position on the matter. |
