Abstract |
Lack of clear theoretical understanding of
enforcement proceedings as an independent type of
administrative process is much coursed by
uncertainty of relations between enforcement
proceedings and other legal proceedings, first of
all administrative and jurisdictional ones.
Within the article the author considers
administrative procedures of enforcement proceedings,
problematic question of administrative proceedings
certain elements regulation. As a result of
scientific analysis certain recommendations are
formulated. |
