Abstract

The article analyzes the different perspectives on the concept of «system», «legislation», considered the position of the scientists to understand the law in the narrow and broad sense. The author notes that the legal definition of «legislation» is necessary not only to industry sources of law, but also in the special acts that establish a system of law. The paper traces the idea that the law is not simply a set of legal acts and their system (in the scientific literature is studied as a system of laws with raznoploskostnoy structure). The author examines three such structures, each of which includes a normative akt: industry,

federal and hierarchical.
