Abstract

The article proposes measures to improve the legislation on police activities in order to improve the effectiveness of administrative law enforcement aimed at preventing offenses in the residential sector. Disclosed police powers to curb the administrative offenses provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation in the absence of police officers have the right to draw up protocols on administrative violations of the mechanism bringing to administrative responsibility perpetrators. The conclusion about the need to expand the list of grounds penetration of police officers in the home. Make recommendations for improving police enforcement practices in this sphere to improve the legal protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
